The People’s Choice Award is a popular vote, launched in 2005. Viewers are invited to vote for their favourite channel through channel websites or through the HOT BIRD™ TV Awards website. The winning channel is the one that receives the highest number of votes from the viewing public and is announced during the prize-giving ceremony.

Voting for the People’s Choice Award will open in late September, after the jury meeting.
